i can receive the reset PW email,but can't get verify code email
what's going on?anyone meet this before,and how to solve it?

You often just have to wait or ask for it to resend it. If that doesn't work, you will likely need to contact support directly.

You should try with another phone number... anyway if it's not a big account try to forget about it and start a new one...once you got that you sure did something wrong that triggered their flag.
