What do you mean by 'blog system'? You mean like a CMS? If so, Wordpress is just fine. I've coded adult themes/custom blogging options using wordpress as a jump off.

Long time back, I used Videotube WP theme for same niche and it worked fine. But the one suggested by @Terminal15 looks more good

Found that on random couple days ago, I was searching for something similar and indeed its pretty good, I am using the lite version
