You can use Bun runtime for that need with use of worker threads and single-file executables probably, if I understand your requirements correctly. Bun is stable for some time now and I use it in production so I recommend it fully It even comes with standard implementation of sqlite

I sometimes need multithreading or want to ship a statically-linked executable which TypeScript/JavaScript cannot do BUT I also need to code really fast. So I want to branch out.

Most Kangaroos are pretty chill. Sometimes the males get mad for no reason and try to box you. Or headlock your dog and drown them in a river. But that is pretty rare. You can ride them to work as well. What country are you from?
