Been into IM for a couple of years now. Not doing very well, but somehow I love it. I wish I could do this full time. I refuse to give it up. It's not in my nature. I'm sure to continue no matter how much more I fail.

What have you learned that has worked well, what have you learned that hasn't worked - this is a key! Even if you haven't been doing well, you can learn from that. It might be worth more in the long run than having succeeded if you use the experience wisely. Not asking you to post answers to those questions here, just pointing out, it's really valuable to spend some quality time focusing on this.
