I'm looking forward to learn about SEO Blackhat and maye colaborate with some users.

As initial question, I would like to know if it's possible (I'm sure yes, but I wonder the best way of proceeding under your point of view) to increase No. of registered users in a waitlist (confirmation email involved). This waitlist is a previous step for accesing a Beta version of a platform, and I'm looking increase WL numbers in order to make expectation and therefor increase No. of organic users.

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying or asking.

Not sure about organic visitors, but how about advertising ("Join the waitlist today and receive extra bla bla" .. then in the landing page submit name and email or whatever you need)? That should work just fine..
