Hi,
I started out as a full-stack Microsoft developer with a specialty in CRM Dynamics. At the time, I enjoyed both front end (js, jQuery, kendoUI) and back-end (C#, T-SQL) coding.
I then started freelancing with WordPress website and Zoho CRM configuration and development. I learned that I prefer interacting with people more than coding so, I stopped freelancing and started doing sales for the 1st company I started working for.
While I am calling businesses all day long, I still do Microsoft and WordPress development on the side. However, I am offloading the work to a few trusted individuals because I am not Superman. I need to focus on bringing projects on and managing accounts instead of spending countless hours on code.

Before I commit to buying a few pricey plugins, I am going to try Festinger's plugins.
