my video stop view in 64 view. it's can't change althought check on analytics view up!!.

Maybe because you got views from social exchange websites.

Note YouTube does review views for quality control purposes , so some views may be dropped or not counted.
Sometimes you have to wait for them to post validated views, give them time to catch up.

You shouldn't have the views paused for much time. If it happens, you're simply not receiving views. Just a quick explanation to how YouTube reviews views now.
