I met a person on fiverr who offers me that he will 1000 of daily traffic on my site for 1 month for $20, my website is new should I buy the gig? Is there any AdSense risk? That person has 100 % positive response and is In top rated seller.

No you shouldn't buy the gig. Please think about why would shouldn't and report back. Maybe look in the download section of this very forum and have a look at all the traffic generation tools available.

There is a pure risk in adsense if you buy traffic for your new website. rather than spending 20$ day for traffic may be you should use some SEO service to ranks higher without any risk. make sure it is reputed service. Rely on pure white hat method. Traffic generation + Ranking + risk free.... all at one price..

Using paid traffic is always risky. Also at the price at which he's offering it is bot traffic for sure.

Instead of wasting time and money on buying traffic focus on increasing organic traffic.
