But, limpers can still survive.
What I have noticed from a quick look is the following
Phone number at the top is clickable but doesn't lead anywhere.
Either make it unclickable or lead it somewhere
You are celebrating 150 years but your footer says otherwise

I would recommend to make your sidebar sticky, otherwise, you already have a ton of excess whitespace.
You have random formatting in your blogs, taking the picture for example
also, the hyperlinks are hard to tell from normal text.
Your menu bar is hella annoying to click, you have to "click" the name itself and not the whole "bar"

All Nav Bar links return error except for Home page and About
The site looks overall old and average with no spotlight , even a little spammy.
Seems like you use Blogger for this site that's explain the older look.

You don't focus on keywords/topics your content is more like a general article with no target.
