they say this one responds reasonably to any sort of question, you don't need to predefine topics and prepare the robot for the conversations. this robot is supposed to always just come up with something, without preparation.

Sophia was created just before AI/ML really took off, this is much better.
It seems like they used low quality speakers and didn't put too much effort into the quality of its voice to make it sound less human.
The answers that the robot gives are too "perfect", instead of giving a great deal of details about the predictions it needs to be "dumbed" down. Like "It's hard to tell what the outcome will be, but many experts predict it will be a multi billion industry by then." I think that is just the major flaw of GPT-3, it's trying to go for massive amount of knowledge rather than focusing more on how it responds.

A native english high class speaker born in 1952 whose parents are from Saudi Arabia and is bilingual in English and French and lived in Australia and who moved to the United States for University and has earned a BA,MA, and Phd from American Universities.
Each of those people are going to have varieties in how they speak and write, even though they are all native English speakers.

They'll probably need to program a personality for it and apply it as a sort of filter on the generated answer. That's how I edit my GPT-3 content at least.
