I want to sell instagram account and the buyer asks me to do a paypal invoice . how to do that?? is that safe ??? please i need your help

i'd recommend going through a middleman to do transactions like that. a lot of scammers for these types of transactions. not saying your buyer is. just saying to be careful

Don't. Invoices are risky due to chargebacks. ask for friends and family payment, but that's risky for the buyer.

Yes it is risky . paypal do not protect sellers . she sent me the money but it is still on hold . what to do ???
