Good day, I was out of the earthquake zone and I was unemployed. I want to do something about youtube. I opened a shorts channel and now I have 440 subscribers but less views(daily 5000 views ). What do you think I should do, Blackhat or Whitehat, it doesn't matter.

Fix the goal and continue to post videos. You Will Get There Soon.

Your audience depends on the subject of the channel, and the product that is best sold to them depends on the audience. with a link to your channel it would be easier to suggest. when did you start the channel? Youtube doesn't like it when they change the theme of the channel and 5k views is actually not bad.
Upload your own videos or uniqueize others? how many videos do you upload per day? I think it's worth continuing to do the same and slowly communicate with the audience, find out what interests them. then start offering to go to telegram etc. and buy something there through CPA without unnecessary aggression.

can you send a screenshot of the channel analytics with impressions in the shorts feed? just out of personal interest in gratitude for trying to help))

Continue posting, create your tik tok channel too. Post the videos there too.

if you want it in english i can post it

Niche : Game

Not necessarily, thx, I understand the numbers)

you have a good result, I don’t see a problem, start redirecting traffic to an offer for gamers. I don’t like game niche and idk which offer is suitable. May be general offers for new games for an audience that just loves to play or a specific offer for a specific game that you show, just test it.

Pin link to your telegram in comment and link to offer in telegram, so your YouTube will not be banned.
maybe other messengers are popular in country of your audience, snapchat etc. but I don't know how youtube feel them.

do you make your own videos? I see a lot of young channels (1 month old) that use other people's videos and gain a lot of views, but I have not been able to repeat this yet. I'm still figuring out why:
1) Not Unique Enough Videos
2) YouTube sees that I am uploading it automatically

I started uploading the first channel manually,
the first video had bad content and I got 185 impressions and 63 views, from the next day the video shows stopped)

I started uploading the second channel using selenium in python and the impressions are just 0)

if you know something that can help me, tell me.

or tell me what happened to you when you started your channel

My own Unique content

I only upload 2-3 videos a day

1500 views in the first hour is good? so according to a new channel

this is enough to start arbitrating traffic if you're talking about current videos.
or do you mean that your first video on the channel gained 1500 in an hour? O_O

views come from new or regular viewers? I think the choice of offer may also depend on this

Please show me what views were at the very beginning and how long have you been posting videos? I have nothing to rely on in my tests, it would help me a lot)

I started on 09.03.2023

and since then I got 100k views and 150 subs(total)

I started a few days ago on shorts since my last two channels failed. Now for this new channel that I started I've so far posted only three videos and they've all averaged above 1000 views with one little over 4000 views. The channel has only 7 subs last I checked. To me this kinda looks bad because I've seen other account grow tremendously within a few days to as easily as 1000 subs and later on to over a 100k per week.
