If your site is just pointed to their website, NO, Google will not rank it in the first place.
Your best bet is, to develop your website, add content, rank it in the first place for your keyword, and after this contact the company and offer them advertising space on your website.

Develop it first, and then rank it. Then ask if they want to rent a space on your website.

as for $1-2XX per month.
