Help - Wordpress

Hello everyone.

I am hoping I am posting this in the correct location. I require some assistance in identifying a Wordpress theme that is similar to the following website:

I have searched the source coding for the site and it is Wordpress, but it appears to be a custom job. Does anyone know of any theme with similarities?

If we take a look at the site using whatwpthemeisthat.com we can see what makes up the core. Although I haven't seen any similar out of the box themes, it appears there are 2 well implemented plugins - WP Post Ratings and Another Wordpress Classifieds Plugin ... which I suspect might actually be the Business Directory Plugin.
