Hello,

I have a wordpress website that is very very slow. It was not that slow before. It's one page website built with cart flow + elementor.

Is there any pro that would help me with that?

I also have a problem on checkout - it's not showing credit card details, but only on desktop. Mobile is fine.

If there is someone willing to help, here is my contacts:

Have you tried w3 total cache Plugin i think it's called?

Assuming you have no backend process that is slowing down the whole website installing nitropack will solve your problem, they have a free plan for small websites and I'm affiliated with them.

Yes maybe add a cache plugin/ if you deal with photos you can compress theim into webp

Personally i'm using litespeed cache.

Maybe you have an issue with elementor; an update broke something for the desktop browser?
You can preview desktop/mobile version when editing a page in 'Elementor view'

U also can check your logs (in chrome console and your server)

Good luck!

Any updates or changes you done prior to the slowness?
are you using legit themes/plugins?
how many plugins are you using?
ask Siteground to check for malware (i think they do that for free)

Please tell me what's your hosting provider?
SiteGround

No changes that I remember. I use some nulled plugins. I use around 12 plugins. Tried to deactivate one by one but didnt make much difference.

I switched to cloudways vultr HF, we will see when I setup everything now.

To me that really sounds like malware in all honestly
or siteground just throttling you
With cw, u can ask them to run through all the hoops to make sure the site is back at 100% speed ;)
perks of managed hosting.

Is there any pro that would help me with that? How many visits do you have at an instance?

Let’s see. What’s the server specs?

Also, how many visitors do you have in an instance?

$ 13 /mo
Including Vultr Hosting Charges

  • RAM 1GB
  • Processor 1 Core
  • Storage 32GB
  • Bandwidth 1TB

I don't have any visitors for now

umm

You are getting scammed.

1gb RAM VPS would cost like 3-4$, not 13.

For a server, you at least need 2 GB ram. I recommend having 4, and going with docker (docker can even work with 1 GB ram, but then.. you will not feel what docker can do for you).

And you also probably have Cpanel right? That eats like 512MB from what you have. Don't use it.

Just use Docker and ubuntu. That way, you can squeeze out 100% of what your server has.

Oh ps... ofcouse that is the reason why your server does not work. 1 gb ram vps would fail.........

Yeah, I'm not quite sure what I am doing/need to do. I got too much advice and have gone with one of them, and now you tell me I did a dumb move.

Where were you when I was collecting knowledge... hah

So I should turn down CW and do what? What is the minimum $$ I need to invest to get hosting for the fucking one product page site to work at least 80/100 mobile speed? (if everything else is set right on the website)

This is what I said 10 years back bro.

Now.. listen to me… hire someone and tell him/her to make u a killer landing page. Ok you might already have that page but.. Still get a fuckin devop and tell him/her to make it so good, that ppl won’t question.

I got some offers but they didn't complain about hosting. I assume they don't quite know what they do. Do you offer that service?
