Pixel and tracking code are set, but no ads are running right now. For the beginning I will drive organic traffic from TikTok, so right now I am all set haha

WP + elementor
Dedicated server (OVH bare metal)
Open lite speed server + LS cache plugin
Redis object cache
I have not used a plug-in like perfmatters but I will be soon.

It is very possible to make fast wordpress websites with elementor if that is what you want to do.

A cache plugin won't help much in this case. A one page website should be able to load with lightning speed. If I can take a guess I would say that your PHP in cPanel might need to be updated or there must be an issue with your host. As for the Checkout not showing on mobile devices, this must be due a setting in the payment plugin. Some have a setting to hide or show the express checkout buttons on mobile devices.
 
there are many plugins to fasten wordpress website. is there any heavy image or script on your website. it would be better if you share your website link and speed result for experts to analyze.
 
I'm using WP Rocket for Cache.

Install image optimizer + Cloudflare would help a lot.
