These days I will be part of an offline event and i need something to collect data from persons.
I need a theme or a website where users can enter their data (name, phone number, mail adress) and automatically receive a 10% coupon.
I'm looking for something like Gleam.io where users have to share or like the Facebook page but i need to host it myself.
