Help with Youtube and Video creation

Hello guys I have a question
I am creating my youtube channel about viral topics videos, I do the voice over in my country language(not English ) and then I give it to the video editor to create the video accordingly
The problem is that my video editor doesn't talk my language so it can understand my voice over to put on the video
Why I choose them?Because a video editor on Fiverr from India cost me 7$ a project, one from my country 25$

What I am asking is :
Do you know any software that can translate AND transcribe audio, possibly also showing the time on the script?
Or even better
How would you manage this process to make it more efficient?

Why don't you do it yourself at first then when you start seeing profit pay that 25$?

As of the video editor, it's easy to say how you should go for bigger budget, if you can, do it, if you can't... Do what's the best for you.

But yea, why not do it for yourself, if something that's easy to do...

i also do it by myseld,but i am working and I can t give it the time it needs,so I need at least 1 video done by another person,and in future that is my goal,delegate 95 % of the process

Just on the subject of video editing. Learn to do it yourself buddy. I used to try and outsource the work cheaply but in the end decided its easier to do it myself.

Well buddy I really think that it is best to pay guy who understands your language clearly. Otherwise there will be mistakes, and when it comes to cash cow videos, those little mistakes can cost you audience.

translate the script to english.. and see if the editor(or you) can do a good job

I dont think it would work, there will be a lot of mistakes
Why not spend a couple of days and learn simple editing and when you start seeing some results then for pay for a video editor from your country?

It won't be a high-quality video. Maybe give him the script in English and do the voiceover after the video edit is done.

the problem is that he need at least timestamp,and then we need a software to always show clips and pictures about what i am talking about...Is difficult,i can t invest a lot of money right now,that is why i look for video editor from India ecc...

Translate the script is not a good idea, why? I believe it not the same grammar for example! What I recommend is to collab with a local editor for a % of the channel revenue as a contract for a year for example (why not)!

Write a text script for the video before it is created. This will make it easier to create a video and allow the translator to voice it correctly.

I always give a script of the voice over,the problem is that the video editor needs to know when to put clips and pictures accordingly to what I am talking about in that moment in the voice over,so the only solution are timestamps for everything but is almost impossible...I think the only way is either a software or finding a cheap video editor from my country

Most software I know use the microsoft translator, It is good but not too accurate
