Just bought a domain name from Namecheap for just 0.90 a year.
Well now what? I am a total noob here.
I figured out that I need a web hosting service to edit my domain/website and I searched for something free so I can test some things.I came across with freehostia and tried to setup everything.
I'm struggling to make it work,as I am clearly doing something wrong with the nameservers.
Can someone help me?

and what are you doing wrong?
you just really need to point name servers to the hosting name server and
somtimes you have to wait for 24 hours for the effect to come

Something like dns1... right?
I didnt know I have to wait 24 hours!
Thanks I'll try it

Your nameservers for that host are:

dns1.freehostia.com
dns2.freehostia.com

If that is what you have in place you should be good to go.

As an aside, you can get shared hosting pretty cheaply and you would be in much better shape in my opinion.

Sure payed hosting is much better, but I wanted to try it something free to see how its done.
Also I have one question:
When I add my name servers that you mentionted,do I have to put the IP adress also?

No you don't.

Add the mentioned N/S and wait 5 to 24h.

You will find the NS settings for your domain name inside our Web Hosting Control Panel. Once you log in, click "Hosted Domains," and at the top of the table you will find the DNS settings for your domain name.

Once you have saved your new NS entry, it will take approximately 24 hours for the change to come into effect. Afterwards, your domain name will be 'pointing' to our servers, and you will be able to access your site with a web browser."

Alright thank you very much everyone!
If I'll encounter any other problem I'll let you know
