Help with VAGEX and YT

Hi, I am new here and sorry when I have stupid questions. (I know I know so my english it's no very well)
I hear so VAGEX is one of the best bot or program how gain views. BUT I have problem with register on this website. I go often to view this page, but still when I come and I want register I see only "Max membership numbers had been reached. Please check back here in the future.". But I wait for long time and nothing has changed. My question is, do I have some prospect registered on this website?
Or can you advice me some other program or bot for YT views, likes, coments...
I try use YouBooster PRO but I dont know why its does not work, I create coments and emails. But when I start it, it does not worked, only write "email does not work! Skipping... " I dont know what this mean.

I get the same problem with Vagex too.Been trying to get in for more than a week now and i always get that msg.I guess they will open registrations when they are ready.

I use u2bviews,enhanceviews and syv.

I try use view2.be now. Do you have experience with this bot? I have few hundreds cions. But I dont know how convert cions to views/likes...
I add video, add url adress and everything. I waited 2 days but nothing happens. Can you help me please?. Thank you so much.
