Help with transferring sites/info from godaddy

I'm currently with godaddy and I hit my concurrent connection limit of 100. Now I have a 503 Unavailable Service message.

Does anybody know how I would transfer all my info from godaddy to bluehost? I basically use wordpress only but I've never done anything like this. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated, thanks.
