I've filed a complaint with eBay about this. We take these types of violations seriously as brand protection is critical to the US economy. Both the Buyer and the Seller should should expect contact from US Customs within the next few days, as well as a letter of protest from NOAT (National Organization of American Twats).

Almost always goes to the buyer, no use in arguing just end the case w/ refund etc
