Help with Instagram?

Id like to begin by saying im a noob around here so sorry if this has been posted elsewhere before/recently.

So i was looking for a way to create a couple hundred instagram accounts and ive been seeing a lot of program/bot names being thrown around on the forum. So my question is which is the best way to go about mass creating email accounts and then instagram accounts for a newbie like me? Also any good liking bots or programs? Ive tried to use imacros once but like ive said before im a newbie and whatever script i would put in it would only like the pictures visible on the page and would not refresh or load more pictures.
