Help with getting traffic for blog

I recently started a small blog for android apps and games. Im looking to lead more traffic to the site nothing huge. Was wondering if there were any free ways i could get good consistent traffic? Also could anybody suggest a good ad network bedsides Adsense? Or should i do CPA?

social media - grow facebook pages, twitter followers and promote the site through them

Tips to increase the traffic
1. Good Design ( so people would spend time o your site , it would reduce the bounce rate )
2. SEO ( keywords etc )
3. you can launch android and ios app for your website.
4. you can get heaps of traffic through facebook and twitter , but i would suggest Facebook to you because you have a app and games site , i think facebook traffic will work for you.

Try to contact some big facebook page admins , i have a friend who owns page having 440 and 289K uk us canada aus top pages .

Add me on facebook : nannu.official.page , he will provide you cheap traffic to your website .
 
Best way to message the huge facebook pages and asking for Content creator in reverse you will share 10 post daily. he will surely make u CC.
then just share your site too !!!

If you want your the traffic instanly you should try blogionaire. For consistent traffic there is no shortcuts, write good blog posts and the traffic will come.
 
create a fanpage and go round facebook commenting and liking stuff in your niche ,make sure to comment in the page name . like other fanpages and make nice comments, like all the facebook suggestions in that niche ,like them all so you can keep going round and round facebook without searching. if the page looks like its not updated often leave a link to your site

if you decide to do ppc advertising, be sure to research well on keywords and the other ppc networks such as bidvertiser.
Many only offer fake clicks and won't bring conversions, be careful!
 
SEO, viral content, offline promotion, social media, and other ways you can find them online.

Facebook and twitter are really good for driving traffic, it also help to have good stuff to read that's unique so that way the people stay on your site longer, it's not going to happen over night but good luck.
 
UPDATE:
I got back into adsense. i have a facebook page up but need a way to get more likes also have twitter up and running. Any tips? And whats a good PPC or CPM network that pays good per impression or per 1000 impressions.

Quick info about the site if anybody needs to know. Its Warez android apps and games. type APKMONSTER in google and it should pop right up with the site twitter and facebook as first 3 results.
 
I'd start running small SEO campaigns on each blog post you have. Blogs are excellent for driving long-tail keyword search engine traffic. I'd use a high quality approach though. Remember, 1 good link is better than 100 bad ones.
 
Definitely need to go with any social media and web 2.0 sites that you can possibly think of.

Those are just a few. Do a search on the forums for a web 2.0 list and a social media site list.
It will help tremendously.
