Constant need for card to reverify every other time could be as a result on unclean IP or not using your real IP address. Another thing could be as a result of the type of VCC you used. So if you sort those out, you will be fine

I think it has become mandatory. Only a very few cards can be verified without most of them having to go through verification every time they are added to an account.

Verification will always be required when you want to add card for payment. See if your accounts are warmed up before using or if the card is a well-used one or you could switch to fb agency acocunts because working with fb ads can be easier if you do so

If not verified it is very difficult to add a card, most regular cards will be checked and verified
This is quite difficult to do, you can use other applications or software to help.

Does this happen to you often? Because usually adding a card to an ad account without 3D verification will make it difficult to prepay or it will take a few days to verify that card.

Currently, card verification has become a feature of FB. Out of 10 accounts, there will be 1-2 accounts that are not verified. Those accounts are trusted and created for a long time. I verify and send the code via normal phone number. Please try another social account.

when facebook asks you to do it you should do it, very difficult to avoid it because it is a facebook feature. try with another card see if the same problem occurs.
