Help with Facebook card verification issue

I want to add a card to Facebook ad accounts without 3D verification. I also want to make a prepayment after adding a card. However, my card is constantly being verified. How can I overcome this problem?

It's currently very difficult to add a card without verification
 
Make sure all the information on your card (name, address, expiration date) matches the information you provided on Facebook. Mismatches may result in a verification request.

Are you using a proxy when adding a card?.Check the information on your account and select the appropriate proxy to add the card.

Facebook requires 3D Secure (3DS) to verify your card, so most regular cards will be checked. You can use a VCC (Virtual Credit Card) from a service that supports bypassing 3DS, or try a corporate card from a reputable bank. To prepay, switch to Prepaid Billing in your ad account settings.

Current Meta always requires card verification when you add to ad account
 
Verification when adding tags is already a feature of Facebook, it cannot be removed
