Help with Facebook account creating ban

Main issue is with your proxies. You need really high quality ones to make it work.
 
Try creating an account with another mobile phone with 4g network. I just created it and there are no problems
 
Fb is storming, you should not create bulk accounts this time, Buying old-aged accounts from sellers will be safer. Find those who provide IDs if the account gets a checkpoint

Please try to warm up your account before using it

As pointed out - that's absolutely illegal! We've shut down your sales thread as it violates our TOS and many other laws. You should receive your refund for the BST fee in up to 10 business days. You also received an infraction for discussing prohibited activities.

But I'd like to point this out here so everybody knows that this would not be allowed. Nothing that's illegal is allowed on this forum and/or the Marketplace.
 
You should use previously verified accounts from sellers or buy good accounts with identification documents from agents.

I suggest you buy warmed up accounts to avoid all the hassle.

they just ask for selfie verification, I'm just gonna buy aged accounts again, but got to figure out the proxy situation since that might be the issue for me. I can't even create a new account from what I've been doing, it immediately goes to saying needing more information, not sure how to contact them without an account.

from what it seems your current IP/Proxy is registered under RIPE which serves more of European/Middle-eastern/Central-asian countries

this is the current IP you're using displayed on iphey the second picture, true it is a US IP but look at the "Source Registry" it says RIPE NCC:

and this is another example, one of the GTT Communications Inc IPs that belongs to the same ASN different subnet but this time registered under ARIN:

How would I know if the proxy providers have RIPE or ARIN? I just checked another proxy from the same provider has ARIN on that IP
 
Buy aged accounts with 2FA could be good choice for you to test
