Help with Adding Keywords in Gumtree / Craiglist

Dear Members,

I provide Botox and other treatments to customers.

The problem is that sites as Gumtree and Craiglist do not allowed the name Botox for marketing.

Every one searches for "botox" when they look for the treatment regardless of the brand or method. etc.

Can I somehow add keywords like botox to an add so that people can find it - either hidden or ghostly ?

Hope anyone can help , more advice better!

in craiglist you can place ads using a picture rather than text as you know, text on images can't be read by computers, so maybe on CL you could target a similar keyword allowed by your market and in the picture ad explain the rest of services you are offering, bolded botox offer included..
