Hello
I have a question regarding OBS studio live streaming
It can run multiple livestreams or only one using
Looped video

I am not sure what you are asking right now.
You can do both as far as I know.

I have a video and want to stream it 24/7 on multiple channels , do i need only one vps or multiple ones

Oh I just read that you are using "OBS Studio". I know that with "Streamlabs OBS", you are able to link multiple platforms and stream a video from only one source. Look it up on youtube for some good tutorials.
