Help to populate a new website

Hi BHW people,

I would like to get some advises as to how i can generate traffic to my website that am planning to put live this weekend. This is my first effort, please guide me, i tried reading the threads here but could not understand much, Please help. I am a newbie here .

Thanks for your reply, its really helpful. Anyone would like to become a partner as i have some websites, that i can get CPA accounts, but as i am new i can not drive good traffic to my website so need a partner. Please PM me if anyone is interested.
