[ask]best way to increase traffic free?

Sorry if this question looks like noobs
I already made little traffic to my website, but I' not satisfied yet. I made some backlink from my splog, so google index my website, but it still not good enough.
Can you guys tell me the best way to increase traffic? I want to learn about howie's method, but my internet connection is very very slooow, download a lot of big files take a lot of times for me. Is there any methods like howie's method or something that write on pdf?
Btw, I ask the method to create traffic, not buy traffic.

autosurf traffic will give you a nice artificial/real boost. aka. not quality traffic but good for number bumping and raising stats.

If you want legit traffic build lots of quality content, do link exchanges, get blog comment links (not spam) just some for indexing sake. Surf the forums here. there's tons of threads dedicated to this topic.

PR STORM guaranteed traffic and rank every of your keywords

I don't think so. Do a Google on PR Storm. First things to come up are SCAM, DOESN'T WORK, in fact their website's even been taken offline. So maybe it was good at one point but appears to suck now and vanished off the earth.

I haven't tried it myself but I suggest you do some searching. There's also many reports from what I see about them ripping people and running with the money.
