I don't have the theme but watched the video on their site and believe it covers this in the video example. Probably in padding

Add this to your custom file editor:

Code:

.custom #container {
    margin-top: 2em;
    margin-bottom: 2em;
}

Change the top and bottom margins to what you want them to be.

Yes mate, I search it more than two month and have trial n error, edit here and there but my thesis still not be like that... Since I make thread in BHW for less than 1 hour I got the exactly answer... Thks to BHW too
