What a viper. Don't try to sort this by yourself or following the advise of people on internet. Just do what people use to do in this cases. Report her to the court. Go get a lawyer, tell all that happened, share all the evidences and if they think is enough to go ahead, just do it. Let's play. If she is famous probably is rich so maybe you can get good money with this. The only think I really advice to you is don't tell her anything about your intentions. Just try to keep the chat way opened and if the lawyer need more evidences maybe playing smart you can make her say everything you need to beat her in front the magistrates. Good Luck mate. Turn private and handle that guy by contacting support with evidence. I assume you could go back public after its solved. However, there are chances he might use shit services like those again. Better stay private and get everything sorted.

So I have done some screenshots with things he wrote (just in case) and disable account. I prefer to live in peace

If you have screenshots or audio recordings of her statements, you should contact DramaAlert/Keemstar of Youtube. Also try contacting Vox, Mashable, and other sites like it and expose what she's done.
At 5 million followers, getting sponsors and follows is all about REPUTATION. No company or brand will want to deal with her going on when they realize how shady she is.

Hi, may I ask what the f*** she can lawsuit you about? If she does have something legitimate to sue you for after screwing your account, that means you initially did something wrong to her and all she's getting back at you is simply buying followers which to me is very kind of her. If she has nothing on you, then how does she lawsuit you? I get real life threats of lawsuit every week, and after four years and 3 courts I'm still here laughing with a clean record. Go and make a police report.

And get a lawyer already.
If you're a sponsored athlete, you should have access to good lawyers through your agent. A single letter from your lawyer could potentially stop all this mess.
And bit of life advice. Be careful who you let into your circle of life, especially if you're a public figure.
