Hey guys, I got a huge issue I need some help with! I got a personal account with 10k followers, and someone (I know who) is trying to destroy my account by buying LOTS of followers and likes to my account.. Now im at 45k followers and 35k+ likes on my pictures... Thats just from the first 24 hours.. I talked to her on DM and she admitted that she is trying to destroy my account and I already sent Instagram 5 messages and Facebook 1 message but they dont respond.. anything I can do? HELP

As someone said, you should make your account private. Block her and change your username (if she doesn't know Who you are, she won't be able to send you fake followers nor likes).
As @NotAllenTuring said, take screenshots of the conversation, try to grab as many proofs as possible.

Block and Unblock the fake followers. Either do it manually or get a bot/free script. ( You can check Github )
Even if you are not getting attacked by someone, I would always suggest removing fake or very inactive users that way. Helps your ratio and the algorythm!

Another good option is changing the username pretty often by adding/editing a number at the end

You have to remove those followers, max problem i think is insta will fuck up your reach

Thats terrible! why is she doing this, if you are in US and she is too, and if you have the admittance from her that she did this indeed you can hire a lawyer to send her a letter to stop her and threaten to sue for reputation damages and business loss, I have a lot of friends lawyers in US, Europe and other countries since I connected with them at my previous job, I get tons of freebies from them and one time I had a such thing but not for IG, with one letter the threatening and one call from one high profile lawyer I know the person stopped, backed out and is still paying me for the damages he did, we had him pay even it was at that time a short lived damage, he didn't have money so he is on monthly payment plan. You need to show this person the RED EYE now, no one should ever do such thing no matter how much he/she hates you, period. She or he needs to move on. Every person should respect other and be professional, no matter where is the person is, US, India, Middle East, Europe ... never let them take an advantage or do a damage. As a matter of fact you teach them a lesson, RESPECT is very important, hate is very bad, many people do it on the heat of things, they may not be bad people thats why the lawyers can be an advantage because for me that person meant to damage my reputation and let me look bad, he was not a bad person but he was on the heat of the moment and acted when he saw what the lawyer did he learned a lesson and stopped and may be turned his life around.

I acctualy know her in real life and she told me she did this to me because my best friend dumped her.. and also she got like 5m+ real followers and make a living off Insta, so she told me if I somehow show Instagram or anyone the proof she will lawsuit me! What the hell.. I asked her to stop, but she wont stop! How fucked up is this? lol

Dare what? You dare not send proof to instagram etc? You dare not post screen shots on your IG, of her conversation telling you she is doing this? Not sure what you want us to tell you then.
Either put up with it or do something. Lawyers has nothing to do with either of the 2 options I mentioned.

She got 5 millions followers and they are real?? but she knows how to buy 45K fake followers and send them to someone else to destroy them and she KNOWS that will destroy them, hell she must know her game very well and those 5 millions are either half fake or they are the type of child/ mother that she paid to build so they look real because frankly not many people know about that fake followers would damage account unless they are on this forum or have done it, her game is very dirty, you need to stop her, DO NOT PLAY her game and post her threats, act professional and have the lawyers and IG deal with it, she may lose her account and learn a big lesson.
