[Help] Redirect - Like `WP Profit Redirect`

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction

I`m looking for a redirect for affiliate marketing that can filter traffic coming to a site by country and device?

I remember 'WP Profit Redirect' could do this in WP.

A WP Plug-in would be the best option!
