[HELP]Rank well on Google.com but not on Google.es

I have ecommerce website and trying to rank on Google.es (spanish keyword). My site has unique description (200 words) for every page i tried to rank including the homepage. Now its rank on page 3-5 for several keywords on Google.com but rank on more than page 10 for Google.es. Any tips to improve my ranking on Google.es?

I have to rank it before summer in europe.

So my plan now

Get more backlink from site with spain ip
Create more backlink using content in spain language (im using english content for my backlink before this)

I am quite confident with my seo since i have rank several site before this for on Google.com, but not in Google.es. So need tips from you guys that have experience working with foreign site seo.

local links are good
spanish kw in your links
english links are good as well

Link your domain in google webmaster tools, there set your target country as Spain.

Get some local links from .es domains or es IPs and you will be getting the same rank you have on com

I'm not sure how far along you are already or if you have already done this but it would help greatly if you had a country specific TLD.
