[Help] question about conversion

I am running an offer that is tracked server-to-server, the convesion point is when a user reaches a certain amount (it's a survey site offer).

When a user is registred but not reached the amount yet, do the offer will show as a not converted lead and when they reach the amount it will be shown as converted?

Is the tracking (server-to-server) completly automotic?

Should I expect that they won't accept some leads even if the conversion conditions are met?

Yes, most likely the conversion tracking is automatic. When the user reaches the next page after info submit a pixel is triggered indicating successful submission.

If it's a multi-step conversion point offer, if user exits on step one the conversion pixel won't trigger and you won't be paid.

It's up to the advertiser to honor payout for the lead. Split-test different offers.
