It's Good on 80's, and if you bringing score into 90's it's too better.

There is noting like that you need to get score of 100 to get ranked at no. 1. More than 80 is enough; but it will be definitely beneficial to you if you could achieve it.

I think it's good enough,make sure that you building links from quality site which does not have spam links,look after the quality of content cause that's brings your site more traffic.

IMO, Try to improve the Mobile friendly more than 80 try to reach on upto 90
Because Mobile friendly is much important for a site nowadays it is more effective too.

where do you get score? When i check https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly i only get green text 'Page is mobile friendly' no score %

Hey

80% is good score but that can be increased for sure. Depends on various factors: Mobile friendly, images optimization, number of plugins you are using, programming language you are using, website structure, number of images on the website, number of forms an so on.

Not sure which checker you're referring to but probably Page Insights by Google.

I personally think it's awesome. I own 1st page with 50-60

What tool are you using?

https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ - 80/100 is pretty good for a mobile page speed. Try other tools like websitetest.org or gtmetrix.com just to be sure.

https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly - This tool will straight up tell you if you're mobile friendly or not.

https://testmysite.thinkwithgoogle.com/ - Try this tool. Good to measure page speed.

Well, 80% is good to show your site is mobile responsive in Google. But if you need to do well-optimized SEO to rank well in Search engine, it should be moved from 80 to 100. or at least to 90+. This % will help to rank your site for sure.
