80/100 is a good score but I would recommend to get closer to 95. In the end it all depends on how useful your content is for users and how long it keeps them engaged for better on page factors based rankings

get light responsive theme recommended by wordpress (not custom one) and you will have straight forward good mobile score.

anyway there are more important ranking factors so start doing other onpage and offpage

from my experience, page speed is not most important factor. All you need to focus on "Above the fold" should load quicker and do not have weight there.
