hi
I just tried to turn on SSL for my domain, and I edited DNS mangment Zone and now MY site is Completely DOWN WTF ANY HELP? the Support team still doesn't respond

If you don't know anything regarding ssl, you shouldn't have tried it in the first place. But is putting the blame on you, going to solve this problem?
Absolutely No! The best solution to quickly resolving this issue, is contacting your host.

SSL isn't free, hope you're aware of this fact?
Goodluck.

Well without further details it's hard to diagnose. SSL is unrelated to DNS though. So not sure what's up.

Have you tried finding help from your hosting provider? They should have backup copy which you can just restore unless that not part of your package.

Hire an Expert Who Can Handle or Wait for You Domain,Hosting,SSL Provider Support. You Can Rollback your site from the Backup.
I dont want SSL ANYMORE
SSL is not Free, You may loss your money. But I suggest you to get the SSL for Good...

It's probably bundled with the hosting. Not free but already paid for.

Still, you should undo the DNS changes.

I got that too. I'm using mine from Godaddy. What I did was I set up a request on fiverr to have someone help me set up my SLL. It only cost me $5. Make sure you tell them exactly what happened and what is happening to your site now.

Still no any respone from support anyway
I just bought a .COM Domain + WHOIS PROTECTION + FREE SSL + 2 Month FREE Ultimate HOST ONLY 8.14 $
I think its The Lowest Price IN market

Does your host not have live chat? If they still have not responded might be time to look for a new host.

As far as helping with your issue we would need to know exact what you did to be able to help. Just saying I edited my dns management zone doesnt give us much to go on. What did you change what did you put in and so on.

If they have a backup system like r1soft you can just restore a backup point which would be fast and easy. If not then you need to go back and put back in the info that you changed.

What A record did you change? A records are normally pointing to your server ip and if this is wrong it won't point to the right server.

Use intodns.com and let me see what is says for your domain

Ah, bummer, I've had a problem like this before. It's definitely a DNS issue. Changing your name servers can put your site down for 24 hours. Changing the SSL can further complicate the issue. If I were you, I'd contact your hosting provider, as there's not really any solid advice any of us can give you without C-Panel access. If contacting your hosting provider isn't an option, then I'd consider starting in your C-Panel.

When you add SSL to your website your IP changes so all you probably need to do is update your host IP in your nameservers damn noobs lol

Nonsense. Adding SSL to website doesn't change the IP your server runs on.
