(Help Please) Amazon IAM AWS Problem

Help please, when i try to setting aws iam, this error appearing. What should i do? i get frustated bcs don't find any solution on google. Try to reach support but don't get authorization.

It Says:
User: arn:aws:iam:: xxxxxxxxx :user/xxxxx is not authorized to perform: iam:GetAccountSummary
User: arn:aws:iam:: xxxxxxxxx :user/xxxxx is not authorized to perform: iam:ListAccountAliases

How to solve this problem? any informations will useful

you can ask the admin to give the required privileges to the IAM user you are using
