HELP Paypal withdraw Problem

Hello guys, im facing a problem !! and clients waitin for me to ship the product! When i try to withdraw money from paypal to my mastercard payoneer. or mychoice visa, to buy product , they doesnt appear. it only gives me Local Bank option! (look pic)

ps: is there any good virtual card i can order to work with for this time

In which country you are trying to withdraw? You can be more clear with your question.

if this product is available on a retailer website...buy a gift card whith your paypal balance...and use that GC to ship that product to your client...

Country Morocco, Before 7 months ( last time i was working ) i was able to Withdraw without any problems https://imgur.com/E0GKKiO . now after i came back to work on shopify, i need to withdraw money to credit card and then buy from Aliexpress.. since the seller doesnt have paypal option!.. now paypal dashboard looks different and all my 3 cards doesnt appear on the withdraw option ! :/

You can ask the PayPal about your problem. They give you the solution. it's all depends on where you live, that website is having the refund options?

I just want to know if its the right place to withdraw from is that ' withdraw funds '' button right? bcse in link it says ..../transfermoney/..

Yes. You can use that button. If you are not able to transfer than contact immediately to PayPal.

Paypal could be holding the money which could come about the current issue you’re having.

Make sure the money ain’t held

money is not Held. i just dont get to choose any of the 3 cards i have... is there any other button i can use to try withdraw?

Probably, due to updated government policies and regulations in you country, withdraw to card option may not be appearing.
I am from India and we can only withdraw to Indian Bank Account.

You can't withdraw directly paypal to payoneer card. You have to add payoneer USA bank account to your paypal then make withdraw.

Oh really! if i contact payoneer, can they give/open me a US bank account?
