Thanks to http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/100373-basstrackerboats.html who has already offered you considerable amount of options but I think those websites are saturated and the best bet would be to focus on BHW and fulfill some basic requirements for starting a thread and then let the money flow in. Though this is advisable only when you are not in dire need of money else you can always opt for those websites as an alternate option but keeping BHW on the priority needs to be your aim.
