Help Out a Noob CPA Question/CPM

Hey guys so i got accepted into adworkmedia and i was planning on Running email submit offers , i have traffic but the problem is i dont understand the offers..

It says , traffic allowed = US , UK

Q1. Well what about other countries ? will i still get paid if people from other countries complete these ?

Q2. I need a LEGIT CPM NETWORK for new site ! Instant approval , must be legit , i am having a hard time finding it ...

Q2: You'll have to search this forum, or Google

If it says US and UK only it means US and UK only. Therefore you wont get paid for any other countries
