Help out a dummy! Can some pro's dump some info in my head?

Hey guys (and gals) I'm an owner of a sampling site for music producers. I just opened a membership subscription product where customers can get my products delivered to them every month. The only problem is, with the 2,000 people on my instagram and my buddies 10,000 follower instagram, we didnt make a single sale! People checked it out but nothing. Whats even more berserk is the subscriptions start at $9.99/mo ($0.33/day!) and the value we're giving is ridiculous compared to our competitors.

Any thoughts on how to get people signed up? I'd really appreciate some tips/tricks or insight from anyone!

We offer 3 tiers but they are all paid... maybe a free tier would boost sales?

You have to let people try your service

That sounds good to me, thanks for the advice!

Set up a free "trial" service but collect their contact information (name, email, etc). That way, you start building your list.

Then take a look at your backend to see what people are doing? How many times do they access your site per day? per week? per month? What are their habits? Is a specific feature on your site doing better than other parts of your site. Start concentrating on those.

Once you have that, rework your offerings and email your list about the new offerings. Throw in an incentive (free product, contest giveaway, etc) so they will start to pay for your service.

Keep in mind this will only work if you have a good service that helps people and is easy to use.
