So I have a few clients im running PPC campaigns for through Adwords. They all have worked great in the past few months.

Last week i got a new client which i run the EXACT SAME adwords campaign for..even the website template is the same! just different logo and so on.. USP's on website are also the same. But still the paid visitors im getting on this one site are not signing up..

BTW: These are local businesses doing exactly the same job, so they are not competing with eachother. for example one client is based in city A and the other in city B.

Monthly searches for client A's keyword [keyword city] = 2,900
Monthly searches for client B's keyword [keyword city] = 3,100

Could someone explain or have any suggestions why client A's campaign is doing fine but client B's is having some problems?

Please all tips are welcome, let me know.. And also sorry for my english, it's not my first language.

YES: the keywords are relevant
YES: The Search engine Ad's are nicely set up.

And you're targeting different cities and not same cities ?
if your adwords accounts have same CTR and Avg.CPC and same number of clicks, then it's your landing page forsure!

If you are using different Adwords accts. I've noticed that the new acct. always sucks at conversions, especially in the beginning. I had direct experience of this (back in 2007) when I basically duplicated a winning campaign in a new Adwords acct and almost had the same website. The conversions never took off on the new one, compared with my aged one that was running for about a year longer. It was in the mortgage niche and since then, I've learned to try to use the older acct for new campaigns. Could be just a coincidence, but I've noticed this with others too.

Sure your conversion pixel is implemented properly?

Change the landing page that could be the reason..

optimize your LP if your conversion pixels are implemented correctly
