I want to build a new telegram group. Is there any way I can add members from other group of same niche to mine without their permission ?
or any other methods?

I imagine that if you asked in the forum it's because you already researched on your own on the internet and you didn't find anything that could help you.

If that's the case, then yes, the help you need is premium.

It seems that there is a misconception. People come to this forum not because the information isn't available on the internet, but because they value the helpfulness and experience of the community members here, which often surpasses that of so-called blogging gurus.

Oh, then if that is the case.
Answering your question, the tool you are looking for it’s called Scrapper. This bots allows you to scrape members from telegram groups , and the function to add the members its also possible to do it .
If you are good at coding , you can make this using Python. Make your own code and use it well.

Since you dont point out anything I am assuming I didnt criticized anyone and infact it was you who criticized me from no where.

It's really a great idea. But I don't know how it works. I've only tried bing or google

Hi bro, there is a way to add new subscribers to your group or chat without their permission, this is one of the gray methods of promotion in telegram, this method is called Inviting.
