well, I have seen some people in similar situations that have contacted PayPal personally and requested a check mailed out to the address on file. I don't really know any other solutions but this seems like a route that you can take. Good luck and let's see if you can get that money back in your hands.

you can try to withdraw your money on virtual bank account, try with payoneer

Please contact pp using facebook they are much faster, and they will surely give you much more info how to do it. Or try something with VCC
