Help Needed with Cold Email Setup – Domains, DNS, Deliverability

Hey, I'm looking for someone who knows how to properly set up cold email systems to get good inbox rates.

What I need help with:

• Setting up new domains + email accounts (Google Workspace, Zoho, or similar)
• Configuring DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.)
• Warming up inboxes (tools or manual methods)
• General tips for improving deliverability

Would prefer someone who's done this before and knows what works for cold outreach in 2025.

A few things to keep in mind...

1 - Warm up the domain with some manual work. (Use it)
2 - Use a valid CRM for the email campaigns.

Those are the only 2 factors that determine delivery rates. Nothing else.

As for open and engagement rates, this depends on things such as subject lines, content inside, etc....
