Help Needed ( Under negative SEO attack )

Hello everyone, actually I am under a negative seo attack. Some guy is building atleast 50-100 daily bad links. ( with anchor texts viagra, s3x toys, pills etc ) I found these links in ahrefs. Now what I am doing is daily adding these URL's in disavow in google webmasters. I am doing this on a daily basis . I want to know whether overriding the disavow daily will work or I need to wait for 1 week or month for giving my bad links to google. I have also lost my top ranks because of this . I have been placed now in 8th or 9th place . Earlier I was in top 3 places in the 1st page. Can anyone suggest me any more solutions for this. Fortunately, I caught this soon and found these bad URL's . Expert opinion needed

I'd just disavow on weekly basis. Your rankings will probably bounce back. Google is smart enough that it will more than likely figure out what is happening and the links will probably get disavowed on their own.

U r right but is it like if I disavow daily then google will stop taking these links into consideration since before google make changes in ranks I am updating diasavow file

Spam links shouldn't be devaluing you with the new Penguin update. It should only be the case if you are under manual action.

But just to prevent this all you can really do is keep disavowing. I'd only do this to a percentage of the backlinks like i.e get rid of all .ru .xyz .info domains as soon as possible, just makes life easier.

Disavow and then see if the site regains position.

Disavow periodically, not all links will be indexed or crawled immediately.
